NOTICE OF MEETING
DATE OF MEETING: Tuesday April 11th, 2023
There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors of the District at 232 Shannock Village Road (Sandy’s house) at 6:30 p.m. for the purposes described below:

2. Reading of minutes of previous meeting of February 7th, 2023
3. General Manager’s report
Motion to approve the report
4. Compliancy report.
Motion to approve the report
5. Treasurer’s report
Motion to approve the report
7. Old business:
Progress on grants received
Update on meters/shutoff to be installed or repaired
8. New business:
Overview of possible extension of system towards Sand Plain Rd.
Motion for formal approval to request 2023 infrastructure funding to investigate extending the system to include homes along Sand Plain Road.
