NOTICE OF MEETING
DATE OF MEETING: Monday November 7th, 2022
There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors of the District at 232 Shannock Village Road (Sandy’s house) at 6:00 p.m. for the purposes described below:
1. Call to Order/Quorum
2. Reading of minutes of previous meeting of August 6th 2022
3. General Manager’s report
4. Compliancy report.
5. Treasurer’s report
6. Schedule 2023 meeting to nominate and elect Board members
7. Old business:
Update on Charlestown hookup funding for Columbia Heights
Progress on infrastructure grants
Replace non readable meters, find plumber to do physical maintenance on the system.
8. New business:
Introduce Anna Brecke our new clerk and web manager
In accordance with the Open Meeting Law, with the consent of a majority of the members of the District, business not included on this notice may be considered but not acted upon.
